Enterprise Integrator

You are first and foremost a person that wants to help others. This is a full-time position, and we normally prefer to promote from within. Meaning, the best of our sales representative, who may have gone back to school to obtain more business administrative knowledge and accounting understanding, is our first choice.  

You have been successful in managing and leading mid-size to large businesses. You have experice in integrate a fractured organization into a seamless operation using OmniAdministrator. General understanding of accounting is a must. You have a friendly personality and the drive to sell a good product that helps others. Most sales representatives will have between 5-10 customers depending on the size of each account.

The following is an overview for a Enterprise integrator position:

Compensation:

  • 25%-40% commission on monthly service fees depending on which service level the customer signed up for.
  • 10%-20% commission on other services normally one-time sales.
  • 50% on billable on-site consultation work on a customer location.

Requirements:

  • Have PMA (Positive Mental Attitude).
  • Integrity in all matters.
  • Very comfortable with computers and office software (Word, Excel, etc).
  • Several years experience in business administration and organization.
  • Thorough understanding of accounting and business financing.

 Other beneficial traits, abilities, and experiences we value.

  • Veterans are welcome (and we mean it).
  • Normally we prefer to promote an internal sales representative.
  • Formerly self-employed.
  • History of volunter work in your community.
  • 3+ years experience in selling a commercial or industrial product or service.
  • Actual accouting manger for a large or mid-size corporation.
  • Experience as a manager or team leader.
  • Knowledge of HTML code for web-design.
  • Implementation of a web-site with a web-store and e-commerce.
