You have the ability to setup various sales groups with each their own information, such as letter head, address, currency, and more. By dividing your sales into groups you can limit access by group and regions. Maybe you sales department for X product is very different from Y product, so it would be probably safer to limit access to the junior staff to protect data. These access parameters can be setup for each user individually, which is even more important if you have people located away from the main office; in addition, you can monitor users activity on the server. Lastly, inside each sales group you can setup production stages, which may help you and your sales people track orders and keep their customers informed.
