This is truly the heart of OmniAdministrator. Our CRM module has been designed to include more than just your customer information. We have constructed a database which allows you to house all your contacts, whoever they may be, under Contact Point. Nearly all the information you need to conduct business effectively is centered around the contact point and it is from here where you can see all communication between your organization and the customer, vendor, or other contact. We truly believe that by centering your daily activities around the contact point, we have created an effective and efficient information hub where you can access data quickly and easily.

As OmniAdministrator was developed, we focused on making our CRM section the very heart of our system, forcing it to be the main access point for retrieving and generating information. This makes the system very easy to learn and use by most types of users. The challenge however is how to encourage people to use the system. For this reason we have integrated email directly into the contact point. We have also made a mobile phone version (Windows CE) available with the system which will allow you to send and receive emails anywhere/anytime (i.e. while waiting in the airport for your next flight). This is nothing new in and of itself; but with OmniAdministrator, your emails immediately become part of the Contact Point's communication history. So if a customer calls the office two hours later, the office is on board as to what transpired and is informed about the latest communication. The mobile phone version will also allow you to update the notes and tasks under each contact point, plus much more.

As mentioned earlier our CRM section goes well beyond improving your sales effort. We see the contact point as the best possible tool for distributing information about a contact to employees involved in sales, technical support, order/inventory handling, or other departments. Some companies may even provide access to their transport companies so they can stay informed and obtain information about shipments without wasting their and your time.
