Sent emails automatically become a note with a direct link to the actual email.
Fax covers are quickly generated using standardized texts and are automatically stored as a PDF file under the note. Just print and fax.
Cover letters are quickly generated using standardized texts and are automatically stored as a PDF file under the note. Just print and mail it.
Phone conversations are added as a note by the user (not automatically). This does require discipline but the rule should be: When you talk with a contact you must enter a note.
