We have just improved the functions and features available on the mobile access version. Now you will be able to access the following functions:

Launching the latest Version 2.0
We have just launched the newest version with a new and more convenient menu system and screen layout. In addition, there are new features and functions to help you automate the business process even more. The three biggest improvements are: dashboards, financials, prospects/sales forecasting. It all provides users with an interactive and action oriented information page tailored to their daily activities, dashboard items range from sales forecasting to financials and to other daily activities. We can now set the financial system up in three versions: off, cash flow, and accrued. For small equipment manufacturers and other build-to-order operations the cash flow based accounting holds several advantages. Now you have the ability to enter a prospective sales opportunity by entering an estimated order value, chance of ordering, and an estimated order date. This allows you to see sales forecasting on your sales matrix dashboard. Some people call it a sales pipeline or funnel. If you have multiple sales people you can measure their individual or group performance. An invaluable tool for a sales manager. We are excited about these new features and have already received a good response from our trial users who appreciate the way it gives them a quick and easy overview of specific areas of their organization.

After an extensive search and going through many choices we have settled on our main logo plus an icon version. The logo represents the globe in the same way our software service helps you span the Globe efficiently either with a mobile work force connected to the virtual organization or with multiple locations/offices that need to connect to the organization in real time.

Naming of OmniAdministrator
After a multi-year development effort and after test driving the software under the name E-track, we have settled on the name OmniAdministrator. We have secured the web-domain name and trademark. As the scope of the features and functions of this software expand from a pure CRM system to include nearly every common function in most corporations, we thought we needed a name that caught the essence of our software, which is an administrative tool that handles nearly all aspect of your organization in a very virtual way. After a longer search we came upon OmniAdministrator. Omni representing its all inclusiveness of functions and features and Administrator as the virtual administrator of handling and sharing information plus enhancing sales, ordering, procurement, and financial functions.
All this is created in a virtual environment allowing for multiple locations/offices and a mobile work force that is always connected to the organization through the internet. Any communication and data generated becomes part of a whole that can be utilized by others; thereby optimizing your organization.
Mobile access for Version 1.5 is available
We have just made our mobile access available to all users. This will allow you to log in to the system through a mobile web-browser. You actually have full access to nearly all the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) functions, such as:
• See and upload customer data including adding notes
• See your task calendar
• View and send messages on the internal message system
• You can dial up directly from the browser (Windows CE)
These functions are very helpful for the traveling sales person or manager on the road. In the near future more functions will be added to the mobile access section.
