OmniAdministrator has build a module for managing your workers, associates, managers,etc. We designed this module to store your employment data including pay scale, emergency contact information, Data access privileges, Supervisor access, bio-metric time clock, time management system, location management with general activities, sales commission setup, and much more. Let us take a look at these individual sections.
Employment data with pay scale.
Under this section you enter all the usual employment data and can upload the I-9 and similar employment forms. Enter the actual pay rate for each worker and how they are paid (hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly salary). This payment data is used in the financial section to automated the routine payment process.
Emergency Contact Information.
Under the employment section there is a special area to enter the contact information for each worker. Plus you can also enter special instructions as when to call the emergency contact.
Data Access Privileges.
As part of the HR management is naturally the access privileges of each user to critical information. This task is also handled under Human Resources where you can turn ON and OFF individual modules for each user and limit access to certain groups of contacts. Each module can normally be given at 4 levels: Deny access, View only, View/Change, and Full access or Administrator access.
Supervisor access.
Under each worker you can provide access to other users information. Plus you can give co-workers limited access to view each others data. This is especially useful when you begin to manage multiple locations, where a local manager will be given full access to all the workers at that location.
Bio-metric Time clock.
OmniAdministrator developed a stand alone bio-metric time clock system using a fingerprint reader and internet connected computer. All these times can be used to keep track of how much time is used on various projects and then links directly to the payroll module under the financial section. Time management system.
This section is used to report how much time is used from a manual time clock, or if Bio-metric time clock is integrated, the supervisor or manager for a team can simply go in and verify the hours worked and make needed correction. Any corrections made is naturally stored and top management can check all this later. This information is then used directly in the payroll module in the financial section.
Location calendar.
Each worker has a general location and activity calendar, which can normally be view by most people in the company or you can limit this. This is basically an electronic version of the old magnetic board showing when people are IN, OUT TO LUNCH, OFF, etc. Each work can also add a note to this. Example: DOMESTIC TRAVEL with note ATTENDING TRADE SHOW IN CHICAGO, IL. The actual location type (IN, OUT, etc.) is customized to fit your exact need.
Sales commission setup.
OmniAdministrator has also build in a very powerful system to distribute sales commissions automatically in the financial module. Determining sales commissions can often be a very time consuming task to the accounting department. In OmniAdministrator you can set it up so that when the customer pays this commission is automatically reserved for the sales person and/or order takers. Different sales commissions can be set for various sales groups.
