The goals of implementing OmniSalesEffort:
• OmniAdministrator allows the user to enter a sales prospect and estimate the chance of order, order date, sales stage, and general sales comments.
• By having the complete customer communication and order history on the screen in front of the sales, service, or technical support person they can better understand and serve the customer. Then by taking a moment to add a new note every time someone talks with the customer, then everyone will benefits and especially the customer.
• Many CRM systems rely on the user to add short notes for all types of communication; such as emails, letters, faxes, and phone conversations. Written communication is often the most crucial information which includes pricing, specifications, promises, etc. In
OmniAdministrator these are added automatically when the person uses the system to email, generate letters and faxes. Naturally, phone conversations still need to be added manually.
