The main reason OmniAdministrator is different can be found in our mission statement. OmniAdministrator was founded on the hope that we could build and develop a business administrative solution to meet these goal:

We saw that the biggest challenges small companies face when having to build administrative solutions are:

  • Several off-the shelf products is cheaper, but difficult to integrate.
  • Little control of company communication, such as emails, faxes, letters, etc.
  • Web-sites with CMS (Content Management System) for each updating.
  • Reasonable E-commerce with decent merchant services.

The technology that enable us to solve these problems was new functions of web-based database and software services. By us hosting your company on our servers, we are more efficient in keeping these operating at a fraction of the cost of on-site servers. Furthermore, all you need is an internet connection to access all your information from anywhere and anytime.

It took about three years of development and field testing to reach our initial goals and we continue to look for ways to improve the system and its features. Naturally, OmniAdministrator is a full featured Contact Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software service. This means that you use OmniAdministrator to manage nearly all the administrative functions in your organization. First and foremost, your team has the ability to see customer data, make educated decisions based on a total picture of the dealings with the customer, then respond to questions or problems right away. This kind of ability is only possible since OmniAdministrator leads the users to send and receive communication directly from the contact point. Probably the fact that we have integrated your emails directly into OmniAdministrator forces the users to begin using it with every email. This will naturally lead to using the letter and fax functions which are faster to use for short communications than a word processor, but most importantly the letter or fax is stored under the customer right away for other team members to see. There is much more to be said on all the features and how we have designed this to maximize your team effort.

We continue to strive in making the system easier to use and to add features carefully so we do not make it more difficult to use. This brings us to another area where OmniAdministrator has a different attitude in providing you with a software service. Most of our improvements to the software will be made available to you at no extra fee. This means that as we make a better system, you benefit without paying more. Naturally, there will be a few exceptions to this when we implement features that will cost us extra. Currently, future versions will include features, such as VoIP, virtual PBX, automated faxing, SMS messages, and automated E-commerce. Where OmniAdministrator will have to pay fees for usage, we will have to pass these along to you, the user. However, our promise is that when we make new features available you can choose to upgrade at no extra charge unless there are special circumstances (like the ones just mentioned).
